| PRESS RELEASE : Frank Mir to compete at submission grappling event in Utah. September 9th, 2006 the Aggro tournament at the Ecenter in Utah will play host to Frank Mir as he competes in a grappling super fight as well as in the absolute division tournament. Mir is primarily known as an MMA star with devastating submissions. He has victories over ADCC champ Roberto travern as well as his most famous match when he broke current heavy weight champion Tim Silvia's arm. Mir is a former world heavyweight champion himself and comes to Utah to face Dave Anderton. Dave Anderton is a 2x wrestling all American as well as the Ultimate combat experience super heavyweight champion and is currently undefeated in MMA. He also has hundreds of wins in his amateur wrestling career and is the only person known to have pinned Brock Lesnar in his college career. Anderton is also very well versed in submissions, this will be one of 2 grappling super fights on the card sept 9th as well as a $2,500 absolute tournament. PRESS RELEASE : Jeff Glover vs. Richard Lundell
On September 9th, 2006 "the Aggro tournament in the "E" Center will play host to one of the biggest
grappling super fights ever to be held in Utah.
Jeff Glover is a 9 time advanced division grapplers quest champion, 2x pan American champion, 4 time copa pacifica champion, 2006 best of the west 4 man pro champion. He also holds 6 absolute division titles and has competed in 5 different countries. He also holds titles in United Gracie, Nevertap, IGJJF, Nolimits, Grappling Impact, Arizona Challange, Wander Braga Friendship Cup, ADCC Trials Veteran and ADCC Alertent winner. He makes his way to Utah to take on the youngest black belt in America, Richard Lundell, in what many are expecting to be the most technical submission match of the evening. Lundell, a black belt under the legendary Pedro Sauer also has many competition titles including grappler's quest, and has recently returned from a trip to Brazil where he trained with World Champion Jacare. "The Aggro tournament" will also play host to a $2,500 dollar absolute tournament and another super fight to be announced shortly. |

| PRESS RELEASE : On September 9th, 2006 the American Grappling Games, LLC will bring "The Aggro tournament" (a submission grappling tournament) to the E center in Utah. The champion of the absolute division will take home anywhere from $1,000 up to $2,000 dollars depending on how many submissions he racks up along the way. The second place will be awarded $500 dollars. Online registration will begin at www.americangrapplinggames.com on August 7th. The E-Center has an 8,400 seating capacity and is a short nine miles from downtown Salt Lake City, this was the hockey venue for the 2002 Olympic Games. This grappling event will also be on Comcast on demand pay per view television. In addition to the absolute division, competitors in beginner intermediate and advanced divisions will also compete. There will also be 3 super matches for spectators to enjoy. Admission to watch the event is only $10. The card begins at 10 am. |
